My wife and I had Fine Construction do a very comprehensive renovation of our townhome that included the addition of many custom elements including floating stairs, steel railings, addition of a lofted floor, custom cabinets and radiant floor heat. David and his crews moved our project from a dreamed concept in our head to a beautiful home we are proud of. In construction there are a million details and I don’t think you can expect every detail to go exactly as planned. When you hit one of those points it is a good test of a builder.
