Promontory Ranch Road, UT Home Remodeling

We hired Fine Construction for an extensive remodel of our Park City home shortly after purchasing it. It was a full house remodel: all flooring and cabinetry, kitchen, living room, mudroom, laundry room, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the addition of an upstairs office. From the beginning, we wanted to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time and David and his team were willing to take on that challenge and did everything they could to meet our timing (and quality) expectations. Working with David and Cam was a great experience. David brought great ideas to the project and both David & Cam approached the work with positivity, honesty, and a willingness to go the extra mile. What stood out just as much was how the team handled the things that didn’t go perfectly. A couple of things were done incorrectly, and Fine Construction immediately took responsibility and made them right. That kind of accountability built our trust and gave us reassurance during a major renovation. We’re grateful to David and the Fine Construction team for their effort, flexibility, and care. Taking on a remodel of this size right after buying a home was a lot, and having a team that stood behind its work and was willing to go the extra step meant so much to us.

Fine Constructions did an amazing job on our renovation. I would highly recommend them for any construction project.

My experience with Fine construction was above and beyond regular expectations. Quality work, quality people. When a complex and custom job is needed or anything in between, these are the guys to call.
