We hired Fine Construction for a significant exterior remodel on a commercial building in Park City. They did an excellent job keeping everything on schedule while maintaining quality control, good communication and also coordination with existing tenants. We highly recommend them!

We hired Fine Construction to renovate 6 1/2 bathrooms, the kitchen and add a spa with a steam shower and sauna at our home in Park City. During the renovation we lived out of state and only visited once. The team at Fine Construction was professional, reliable and easy to work with. We had weekly FaceTime calls with David from the worksite in order to see the progress. They paid attention to detail, stayed on schedule, and kept the worksite clean. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Fine Construction for any home renovations.

I have been working with Fine GC for a few years now as a subcontractor. I find them to be contractors with absolute integrity. I have never seen them take a shortcut, and if we bring something to their attention they approach it quickly and do it the right way every time, no exceptions. The quality and attention to detail is outstanding. It continues with the ever more complex projects we tackle together. When I am asked to recommend a general contractor, I have referred them many times for a variety of project. Bob and David have the experience, skill, drive and organizational horsepower to tackle difficult projects in the Wasatch back.

Fine Constructions have completed several jobs for us, the biggest being a $120,000 front yard, retaining wall project. They displayed a great ability to take our ideas, turn it into a design, provide and estimate, then deliver a final product. Throughout the project we felt listened to and understood. All requests were delivered on, great work ethic, ahead of schedule and found some additional cost savings along the way. Their integrity and honesty throughout the project was much appreciated and will look forward to working with them on additional projects in the neear future. David helped us with a remodel of our home during 2021, a very difficult time for construction. The scope of project was adding windows and sliding doors, a porch, enlarging existing windows and adding an entertainment center. We were so pleased with his honesty, fine craftsmanship and superb materials. He was able to perfectly match a tricky hardwood floor finish and existing hand worked trim around the doors and windows. We would use Fine Construction again.
We hired Fine Construction for a major gut renovation of our Park City condo in 2021, during a particularly challenging time for construction. They came highly recommended by both our building management and our interior designer, and they truly delivered. David and his team worked tirelessly to complete the project on time, showing a level of dedication and professionalism that’s hard to find. They were fair and transparent with any adjustments and consistently reliable throughout the process. We’ve since hired them to replace all our windows and have referred them to several friends and neighbors looking for a dependable GC. It’s a family-run business, and David is not only a straight shooter but also someone who genuinely values long-term relationships. David and Fine Construction came recommended by a neighbor. He was quick to respond and excited to take on a very complicated/technical project. He partnered with us to navigate discussions with our home’s engineer, the county and our insurance company. Construction started and remained on schedule, despite a scope expansion and harsh winter conditions. He is solution-oriented, communicative, and personable. Once we moved back in, he was committed to the small details that are often overlooked following a large project. We highly recommend David and his team!
